Cancellation Policy
At the Penny Black Barber shop, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that our self-employed barbers can effectively manage their schedules and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

NO SHOW LATE FEE:
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, we will ask for full payment to the relevant barber.

LATE CANCELLATION FEE:
Cancellations made with less than two hours' notice will incur a full charge for the scheduled service.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies may arise. However, no-shows and late cancellations take valuable time away from our barbers and prevent other clients from filling those slots.
